Authorised Technology Provider (ATP) status recognises companies for meeting all program requirements necessary to earn the designation of Cisco ATP - Cisco TelePresence Video Advanced Partner in the UK. The new program gives selected partners access to an expanded portfolio of market leading TelePresence solutions including former TANDBERG technology.

PRINCE2

PRINCE2 qualified Project Managers to levels of Practitioner and Foundation. PRINCE2 stands for Projects IN Controlled Environments. The course is very intensive and it teaches Project Managers a series of processes which cover all the activities needed on a project from starting up to closing down. It is also the standard UK government method for project management.

ISO Qualifications

AVM is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 standards. AVM has a dedicated Quality Systems Manager in charge of keeping its quality, environment and health and safety practices up to date and fully adhered to throughout the company. ISO 9001 is a quality management system which gives organisations a systematic approach for meeting customer objectives, ISO 14000 relates to the implementation of an environmental management system and waste reduction and ISO 18001 is an occupational health and safety management system.

Criminal Records Bureau

The Criminal Records Bureau acts as a ‘one-stop-shop’ for organisations, checking police records and, in relevant cases, information held by the Department of Health (DH) and the Department for Education and Skills (DfES). There are two levels of CRB check currently available; called Standard and Enhanced Disclosures. All our engineers are CRB checked and cleared.

SAFEcontractor

SAFEcontractor is an accreditation scheme that assesses the Health and Safety competency of contractors and service providers. Becoming SAFEcontractor approved means that AVM has successfully passed the strict auditing process on all Health and Safety procedures throughout the relevant departments within the company.
