- Priority Engineering Support. Customers can log a fault via our Helpdesk at any time. Faults logged via the website result in fast, effective turn around times.
- ONELAN NTB Active Monitoring. Your ONELAN NTB players can be configured to report their status over the Internet to our server on a 15min basis. Our software will alert us if it detects any problems with the player. We will then alert a contact person in your organisation by telephone if the problem persists. Where possible we will resolve issues by remote-accessing the NTB software.
- ONELAN NTB Remote System Refresh. To ensure the optimum performance of your ONELAN NTB(s), remote preventative maintenance sessions are delivered by one of our in-house digital signage specialists.
