• Is it your network?
  Yes, vc-net is a licensed telecoms carrier and we manage our own network.



• When you transcode video between ISDN and IP protocols, doesn’t this incur video and audio quality degradation and increased latency?
  No. we use enhanced, specially developed technology that does not degrade the conference quality or add any latency to the traffic.



• Do you least cost route over lots of different networks?
  No, we use our own backbone for delivering all video traffic.



• Can I trial your network without making a commitment up-front?
  Yes! We actively encourage organisations to trial our network before a roll-out. This has proven to be a very successful way for companies to assess the network without affecting day-to-day business.



• I have no more network space on my bridge to take your network; will I need to purchase more modules?
  No. We can use your existing ISDN network infrastructure to access the network. No extra network is necessary unless direct access is requested.



• What’s the catch?
