We offer voice, IT and AV resellers the opportunity to meet the total needs of their customers by providing network services, hosted applications and sub-contracted ‘white-label’ consultancy, whilst securing additional long-term recurring revenues and strengthening the relationship with their customers.
As well as our flagship HD Direct service, we can provide our broader WAN Direct service, via which we offer selected resellers a complete virtual network operator and managed services solution to their customers. This includes services such as MPLS IP-VPNs, VoIP and IP Telephony, DSL to Ethernet internet access, low cost voice calls and network infrastructure and security. In addition, our Cisco, Avaya and Microsoft certified engineers are available to partners for pre-sales or implementation work as a white label service.
Selling IP networks is a long-term consultative process for many end-users, with an investment of time needed. It is therefore our strategy to select just a few key resellers in chosen geographic and vertical markets, to provide coverage but to prevent over-competition or saturation.
We also partner with all the leading communications and collaboration vendors to ensure that our customers have access to the latest and best solutions.
