vc-net HD Direct is the only overlay network in the world dedicated to real-time IP applications.

HD Direct runs separately from your existing network so there’s no need to clog up your current infrastructure. The gateway box is installed separately in your communications room and it doesn’t touch your network. This enables you to deliver superior services to your users without the cost and work involved in upgrading a network.
If some of your systems still run on ISDN, or you want to call other organisations, then we have the answer. Using our gateway service, you can reach anyone around the world, no matter what kind of video conferencing system you or they use.
HD Direct enabled carriers
HD Direct is designed to run separately from any existing network you have in place. However if you already have bandwidth from another carrier, but you didn’t or couldn’t run video over it, then you may be able to use your existing connections to connect to vc-net’s HD Direct network by tunnelling through that carrier to one of our ports. , it’s easy to just plug in the services you need. You pay for the bundled port charges from your carrier to our cloud without the expensive tail costs, and we will give you an end-to-end service level agreement.

Other real-time applications
